Flights scheduled to land between Tuesday and Friday (included) must apply at least 72 hours in advance of the flight's departure. Flights scheduled to land between Saturday to Monday (included), as well as on holidays and holiday's eve, must apply at least 96 hours in advance of the flight's departure.
The advance notification shall include the items as specified in the AIP, including, but not limited to, personal details (names, nationalities, passport numbers) of the crew and the passengers, and a reference in Israel. The applicant may be required to submit additional information, or follow additional instructions to enable the clearance of its flight. Therefore, it is highly recommended that applications should be filed as early as practicable, in advance of the time schedule specified above.
